Over worrying is a common symptom of anxiety and lack of confidence. OCD symptoms include thought and action repetition, rituals such as arranging items precisely, over-cleaning, excessive hand-washing, counting etc. and are often very personal to the individual. 

Hypnotherapy, CBT and mind coaching are all techniques that work together to free you of intrusive thoughts and time wasting rituals.
