A Bit About Therapy
Tailored solution based therapy for you
Alice calls upon several therapeutic skills in order to tailor the most effective solution for you. An advanced qualified, highly experienced and respected therapist you can be rest assured Alice will understand your needs and fully explain the best therapy option for you during your initial consultation. There is no obligation to enter into paid sessions by having this initial consult and it is entirely free of charge. Alice is a member of the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
Sessions themselves last about 45-50 minutes. Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), Hypnotherapy, Hypnoanalysis, EMDR, positive psychology, performance psychology, and mind coaching are all skills Alice can call upon in order to create truly effective personalised sessions.
Your face to face (Colchester, Essex practice), or online therapy session will be by Zoom, FaceTime, Skype, WhatsApp video or phone and will be supported by notes and audio recordings of relaxation, visualisation, or hypnotherapy sessions for you to use at home. These sessions are recorded by Alice for you and will be sent digitally (or can be sent by post on CD).
You can arrange your appointment directly, even if you have been referred by your GP.

An experienced multi-qualified professional therapist Essex based Alice Pinion BSc (Hon's) AvDHyp runs Head First Talking Therapy and a sports specific clinic Head First Sports Performance. Sessions are available face to face in the Colchester, Essex Practice, or UK and Worldwide via Zoom, FaceTime, phone or Skype for your convenience, safety and to accommodate those further afield.
